Who operates this service

8hands is operated by SP 8HANDS OF SUPA SPC, incorporated in the Cayman Islands.

Registered office: 71 Fort Street, 3/F Unit 2775, Grand Cayman KY1-1111, Cayman Islands.

Correspondence reaches us through the contact form or the bot.

What the service is

8hands reads documents you choose to send, builds a private register of the entitlements described in them, and tells you which of those entitlements appear to apply to a given situation. It is an information service. It does not administer, underwrite, broker or guarantee any of the products it describes.

What it is not

It is not advice. Nothing 8hands tells you is legal, tax, insurance or financial advice. It does not take your circumstances into account in the way a regulated adviser is obliged to.

It is not the contract. Your entitlements are defined by the documents issued by your bank, insurer, airline, hotel or programme — not by our register and not by anything the agent says. Where our reading and the issuing document differ, the issuing document governs.

It is not a guarantee. Terms change without notice, operators close lounges, airlines move terminals. We tell you when each fact was last verified and against which source, precisely so that you can judge how much weight it carries. Acting on any recommendation remains your decision.

It is not a broker. We hold no funds, take no commission from any provider, and are paid by no institution whose products appear in your register.

Your material

You keep ownership of everything you send. You grant us only what is needed to read it, hold it securely and answer your questions with it. How that works in practice is set out on the privacy page, which forms part of these terms.

You are responsible for having the right to send us what you send — in particular, documents belonging to other people.

Acceptable use

Do not send us material you are not entitled to hold. Do not use the service to attempt to obtain something you are not entitled to. Do not attempt to extract another user's material; the system is built so that this fails, and attempts are logged.

We may end access where any of the above occurs.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising out of your use of the service is limited to the fees you have paid us for it. We are not liable for a benefit refused at a counter, a claim declined by an insurer, or a decision taken on the basis of information we have described as unconfirmed.

Changes

When these terms change materially, we say so on this page with the date, and we do not backdate. This text is version 1, dated 22 August 2026.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of the Cayman Islands. Any dispute arising out of them is heard in the courts of the Cayman Islands.
